All children must be treated equally.

Children's will not be forced to have an HIV test.

parent will not be forced to take their child for HIV test but if they are any worrying symptoms their will be encouraged to do so.

children that are HIV positive are not likely to pass on the virus to others while they are at Sukumani creche.

all children will be kept safe from infections and diseases.

children and parents information about the HIV status will be kept confidential.

no child will be discriminated due to their HIV status or parents living with HIV/AIDS.
